Automatic credit return
When a generation task reaches failed status, its charged credits are returned automatically. Repeated polling does not return the credits more than once. A new take is a new paid attempt and costs another 10 credits.
Completed videos
AI output can contain imperfect hands, likeness or motion even if rendering completes. These outputs do not trigger an automatic technical-failure refund. If a result is unusable or a file is corrupted, open a support ticket with its job ID so it can be reviewed.
Payment refund requests
For accidental purchases, duplicate payments, unused credits or subscription billing questions, open an account support ticket with the order ID. Payment refunds are reviewed individually under applicable consumer rights and payment-provider terms. An automatic failed-job credit return is not a refund to your card or wallet.
Subscriptions
Cancel renewal from account billing before the next billing date to prevent the next renewal charge. Canceling a subscription does not itself initiate a refund of previous charges. Do not include card details in support requests.
