THE POSE, EXPLAINED

Arm Heart Pose Video Generator

A heart can be made with arms, hands or a flex. Choose the shape you mean before you choose a template.

Arm heart: the broad family

Arm heart is a loose description of heart shapes made with the arms. It can mean a large overhead outline or a smaller heart near the shoulder. The phrase alone does not specify a particular camera angle or movement.

Bicep heart: the flex becomes the frame

One elbow bends upward while the opposite hand curves over the upper arm. The small opening next to the shoulder is the payoff. This is the specific motion requested by the BicepHeart preset.

Hand heart: the fingers draw the shape

In a classic two-hand heart, the fingertips form the upper lobes and the thumbs meet at the bottom. A small finger heart is a separate symbolic gesture. These are hand-led shapes rather than an upper-arm reveal.

Forearm heart: the lower arms join in

Forearm heart variations use the lower arms as part of the outline. The silhouette is usually larger than the small gap beside a flexed bicep. Naming varies between posts; match your reference pose rather than treating the labels as strict technical terms.
