What is the bicep heart?

A flex, with a softer side.

The bicep heart is a gesture, not a filter. You raise one arm and bend it, then curve the opposite hand over the bicep until the fingers and the arm frame a small heart-shaped gap. The reveal is the point: what first looks like an ordinary flex becomes a heart when the two hands meet.

The upper arm supplies the base of the shape. The bent wrist and curved fingers make the outline above it. From the camera’s position, the empty space between them reads as a heart. That means the angle matters as much as the movement. A slight turn of the wrist can make the shape easier to recognize without requiring a bigger flex.

It is a compact gesture, usually held beside the shoulder rather than stretched above the head. The opening and closing motion gives a short clip a clear beginning and payoff. A relaxed starting pose makes that change easier to see, while a brief hold lets the viewer read the finished shape.

For a person, the recognizable detail is the meeting of the hand and flexed arm. A pet version is a playful interpretation: a paw lifts and a heart appears. Both aim for the same affectionate reveal, but they use different anatomy and need different source photos.

💪

Give the arms some room.

For people: waist-up, both hands and elbows in frame, even lighting, upper arm visible. Leave space around the shoulders for the lift.

🐾

All paws accounted for.

For pets: one whole animal, face and front paws unobstructed. Choose a clear front-facing photo, without a blanket covering the legs.

Avoid group photos, hidden hands, heavy filters and tight crops.

A few things you might be wondering

What is the bicep heart AI trend?+

It is a short reveal in which a flexed arm and a curved hand frame a heart. The AI version recreates that motion from a photo, with a playful paw-and-heart interpretation for pets.

Do I need to write a prompt?+

No. Choose Person or Dog or cat, upload one clear photo, and use the built-in bicep heart preset. There is no prompt to write or timeline to edit.

How long is the video and what format?+

The preset requests a 7-second, vertical 9:16 MP4. Generation usually takes a few minutes, but queue times can vary. No BicepHeart watermark is added.

Does it include music?+

The preset requests original AI-generated instrumental audio. It does not copy or license a specific TikTok trend recording. Listen to the result before posting; platform music libraries are another option.

Can I make one with my pet?+

Yes. Choose Dog or cat and use a clear photo showing the animal’s face and front paws. The pet preset creates a playful paw lift and heart reveal, rather than giving your pet human hands.

How many credits does one video cost?+

Each attempt costs 10 credits. A single 10-credit purchase costs $6.99 USD; larger packs and plans lower the effective cost per video. A new take costs another 10 credits. Failed generations return their credits automatically.

Why do the hands look wrong sometimes?+

AI can misread overlapping fingers, hidden elbows or tight crops. Use a single clear subject with both hands visible and even lighting. Inspect the result before posting; a completed video can still have visual imperfections.

Can I use the video commercially or on TikTok?+

You can download the MP4 for your social posts. You remain responsible for rights to the photo, likenesses and any audio you add, as well as the destination platform’s AI-label rules. For commercial use, check the applicable model terms and replace audio when necessary.
